ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CUSTOM ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of custom orders Terms and conditions.  We stand behind the quality of the work we produce. Our goal is to reproduce your graphic onto the garment substrate with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. Because the total satisfaction of the end user with the final decorated product is ultimately subjective, we offer several layers of approval including a digital mock-up and high res photo approval by request. We operate under strict quality controls and documented guidelines to ensure a quality finished product, we will not be held responsible for end-user subjectivity.  In responding approved to the order email and the digital mock-up the user is acknowledging that they understand the risks of making custom merchandise and by accepting will be compensating us in full for the work done contrary to a subjective view of quality.

WHAT IS VECTOR ART?

In the most purest form, vector art is art made up of points, lines and curves that are represented by mathematical equations as opposed to mapped pixels like in a raster or bitmap file. Vector art is resolution independent, which means that it can be scaled to any size and still retain its sharpness and detail without loss in quality.

WHAT IS YOUR LARGEST PRINT SIZE?

Our largest print area is 20 x 28, and we can print in multiple positions for more coverage. We have the capability of all over printing as long as there is no aligning of the different positions.

WHAT DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

Many of today's t-shirt designs have a vintage or soft-hand feel. Discharge printing feels as if it's embedded and part of the fabric unlike regular, plastisol printing that has a plastic or vinyl feel to it. Discharge ink is also much harder to control than plastisol printing, and it requires special steps to be taken to make sure production runs smoothly. Our operators are all experienced in solving these issues and limiting down time. Though discharge ink's transparent nature helps it attain a soft hand, it limits its usefulness on dark, colored garments.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

We recommend doing at least 24 pieces. This is where you'll see the first significant price break.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY?

The turn around time varies by product and from the time of deposit.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept any forms of credit card as well as PayPal.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT BEFORE THE GARMENTS ARE ORDERED?

We will require 50% of the total order to be paid before garments are ordered.

Changing garments after an order has been approved is subject to a 15% restocking fee from the raw goods vendor.

WHEN DO YOU RECEIVE AND COUNT GOODS?

Our shipping and receiving department receives shipments daily. The goods are counted and cross checked through the distributor's packing slip and internal work is counted and examined on the day the order is received. You will be notified immediately of any discrepancies.

DO YOU OFFER PANTONE COLOR MATCHING?

Yes, the mixing systems used simulate Pantone® colors.

DOES THIS GRAPHIC REQUIRE AN UNDER BASE?

The general rule of thumb is that any image printed on a dark substrate will require an under base for proper image opacity. If you have any questions as to whether or not your graphics will require an under base, contact Culture Studio, we will be happy to review your graphics.

DO YOU OFFER FOLD AND POLY BAG SERVICE?

Yes. We stock a range of poly bag sizes to accommodate most garment types. Our standard poly bags are imprinted with an “eight language” warning label. Size stickers are adhered to the exterior of each bag.

DO YOU OFFER RE-LABELING SERVICE?

Culture Studio does offer re-labeling services, however we feel that it is more efficient and cost effective to have re-labeling services performed by your distributor/manufacturer.

DO YOU PRINT ON HATS?

We recommend embroidery as a method for decorating headwear.

DO YOU OFFER FOIL TRANSFER PRINTING?

Yes, we offer foil transfer printing.

HOW DO I PRICE FOIL TRANSFER PRINTING?

DO YOU CHARGE MORE FOR METALLIC INK?

Yes, we up charge for all specialty inks.

WHAT IF MY CUSTOMER DOESN'T LIKE THE PRINTING?

We stand behind the quality of the work we produce. Our goal is to reproduce your graphic onto the garment substrate with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. Because the total satisfaction of the end user with the final printed product is ultimately subjective, we offer several options for producing printed samples for end user review including: speculative samples, pre-production samples, and e-press checks. We operate under strict quality controls and documented guidelines to ensure a quality finished product, we will not be held responsible for end user subjectivity.
